This notice covers the website, enquiries, discovery-call bookings and any subsequent engagement. It is written for UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data we collect

Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, company name and job title.

Enquiry and discovery booking data: what you submit on a form or when booking a call, including turnover band and the nature of the work.

Technical and server data: IP address, browser user agent and access logs, kept for security and to keep the site up.

Legal bases

Legitimate interests: answering an enquiry, running the practice, and writing to a prospective client.

Contract: steps before an engagement, and performing one.

Legal obligation: UK tax records and, where they apply, anti-money-laundering duties.

How long we keep it

General enquiries: up to 12 months, then deleted if no engagement follows.

Client files: six years after the engagement ends, in line with UK tax and statutory record-keeping.

A copy of a form you submit stays in your browser until you clear site data.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell or rent personal data.

We share it only with professional advisers (solicitors, accountants, insurers) or with processors such as email and hosting, under a written confidentiality or processing arrangement, where the work requires it.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing, where the law allows it.
